Solar Boiler

We have designed a solar steam generator of capacity 12 TPH 355 oC at 35 Kg/Cm2. Solar field provides hot thermic fluid @ 375 oC to superheater of the boiler. The boiler has Economiser. an Evaporator, Superheater and a seperate steam drum.

The construction of Economiser, Evaporator and Superheater is shell and tube type and is very compact. Generated high pressure, superheated steam is used to generate power from steam turbine. This power generated is feed to greed and part is used to cater plant own needs. This is a clean and non polluting power plant.
